Based on the downloads and system requirements posted on the Internet, the application works on Windows 7 or higher. There was no Windows XP support or functionality. When the application was released, there was the possibility to install it on XP, but since operating systems advanced, the software was updated to support newer ones as well and that's why it lacks Windows XP compatibility.
It worked nice in the beginning, but now it's not opening. Why?

If you have problems with the application, then I recommend you remove it completely from your computer. To do this, use the Revo Uninstaller to get rid of the applications and its files (temporary files, leftovers, registry items).

If you encounter problems with the connection between devices you should check the following:
Both devices have the program installed and running.
The devices have different roles assigned as one is the sender and the other is the receiver.
Both the devices have wireless radio turned on.
iOS does not support off network sharing, which means that both devices should be on the same network with the same SSID.
Contacts can be shared only between Android devices.
Some devices with wireless cards operating on 802.11a/b/g (using a 2.4 GHz radio) may not be able to find others using the SHAREit SoftAP (which creates a 5GHz hotspot). This is solved by selecting a wireless mode other than 802.11a on the receiver side.
How can I copy all my music from my iPhone 6 to my laptop/tablet which is running Windows 8.1 and is on Android system?

The only way to get the music from iPhone 6 to your computer is through iTunes. Install iTunes, connect the iPhone 6, and browse the Music category. Select the tracks you want to copy using CTRL or Shift, then drag them on your desktop. It's better to create a folder first and then drag the files to the that folder.
You can't move the files from iPhone to Android without an application. I recommend connecting to a WiFi network, then install Dropbox or Google Drive on both devices and upload the music from iPhone to your cloud account, and then download the files to Android or connect the Android tablet to PC through a microUSB cable and transfer the files through Mass Storage (My Computer).
